Lady Alexandra Andrews

Alexandra was born and raised in Lehigh Acres, Florida. She attended Servants United In Christ, where she accepted Jesus as her Lord and Savior. After graduating from college, Alexandra came under the leadership of Dr. G.L. Hawthorne and the late Prophetess Lisa J. Hawthorne. Under their leadership, she matured in her walk with Christ and began understanding her Kingdom assignment as a wife, mother, and co-laborer with her husband in ministry.

In 2013, Alexandra relocated to Port Charlotte, FL, and soon became a member of Champion’s Life International Church under the spiritual leadership of Apostle Deondrick and Lady Kelli Douglas. She and her husband were dedicated members during her time there. However, after some time, Alexandra’s husband believed that God was calling them to launch a ministry in Port Charlotte. On March 5, 2017, as a result of consistent prayer and direction from God, Word Empowerment Kingdom Center held its first Sunday morning worship service. Alexandra began serving as the Executive Pastor, supporting and assisting her husband in ministry.

After serving for several years in this capacity, Alexandra’s husband, Overseer Jermaine Andrews, began to confirm the anointing on her life to lead. Soon thereafter, other prophetic voices affirmed that God called and anointed her to preach, teach, and lead in the Body of Christ. Consequently, on April 13, 2024, she was installed as the Senior Pastor, stepping into a greater leadership role to fulfill her calling.

In addition to her pastoral role, Alexandra is the CEO/President of Lady A Ministries (formerly known as A Day With Lady A Ministries). She believes God has a divine purpose for women that extends beyond the roles of wife and mother, calling them to impact their generation, future generations, and the world for His glory. The Lord has given Alexandra a burden for women in the Body of Christ, inspiring her to encourage and empower them to embrace their God-given purpose and destiny. As a result, she authored the book titled The Empowered Woman.

Outside of her ministry work, Alexandra has demonstrated her commitment to education through her academic achievements. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of South Florida and a Master of Arts in Higher and Post-Secondary Education from Argosy University. Currently, she is pursuing a Doctor of Education in Community Care and Counseling from Liberty University. With over a decade of experience in education, she serves as an adjunct professor at Chamberlain University.

In all her endeavors, Alexandra aims to please the Lord by remaining committed to her purpose, calling, and assignments. She hopes to inspire a generation of women to serve the Lord wholeheartedly through their commitment to God’s plan for their lives. Alexandra has been happily married to Overseer Jermaine Andrews for fourteen years, and they have two daughters.
